Tizi Ouzou (in Kabyle: Tizi Uzzu in Latin script, in Tifinagh) is a city in Kabylia, Algeria, where it ranks second it population after Be'jai"a.

It is the capital and largest city of Tizi Ouzou Province and of the so-called Great Kabylia (Grande Kabylie, which is the western part of Kabylia).
