Paris St Germain maintained their unbeaten away record with a 2-1 victory at Monaco on Sunday afternoon.
Paul Le Guen's side have certainly enjoyed their away days this term, especially as their home form has been less than impressive.
Yet to win at the Parc des Princes, they have now won two and drawn two on their travels.
Sylvain Armand put PSG ahead five minutes before the break and Amara Diane doubled the capital club's advantage eight minutes after the restart.
Jeremy Menez pulled one back with five minutes to go but the principality outfit could not find an equaliser.
Paul Le Guen's side dominated the early stages and ought to have gone ahead after four minutes, former Monaco winger Jerome Rothen whipping over a free-kick which was flicked on by Diane for Peguy Luyindula but he put his shot into the side-netting.
Rothen was enjoying his return to the Stade Louis II and his next contribution was to set up a chance for Pierre-Alain Frau, who had just strayed offside before putting the ball in the net.
The pressure finally told after 40 minutes when Rothen's free-kick was headed in by Armand.
Having been outplayed for the majority of the first half, Monaco almost found an equaliser immediately after going behind.
Menez dribbled down the left before cracking in a shot which beat PSG keeper Mickael Landreau but not covering defender Zoumana Camara, who hacked the shot off the line.
Landreau did make a save shortly afterwards, palming away Menez's effort.
PSG went 2-0 up after 53 minutes, Rothen crossing for Diane to head home.
Again Monaco countered but Landreau kept out a fine header from giant Czech Republic international Jan Koller.
Menez got the goal his performance deserved late on, his free-kick deceiving Armand and Landreau on its way in.
