Super Duck Excursions LLC kicks off the season Friday when it launches its newly formed Super Tours.

Super Duck Excursions changed the name of its offering last year after Boston Duck Tours sued over confusion of the name and logo. Both operations use amphibious vehicles as part of sight-seeing tours around Boston.

Last year, Super Duck Excursions acquired the assets of Discover Boston Trolley Tours and partnered with Cambridge Double Decker Tour for an undisclosed amount, allowing the company to expand its offering, which now includes Discover Boston's seven trolleys and three "Hydra-Terras," or modernized amphibious vehicles.

Super Trolley Tours is a two-hour, fully-narrated trolley tour that covers more than 100 points of interest in Boston and Cambridge. Super Duck Excursions features a 90-minute tour that showcases Boston from both the street and by sea, including stops in the Charlestown Navy Yard, Boston's North End and the World Trade Center in South Boston.
